What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and the account details needed to authenticate you. You may also choose to provide profile details such as your age, favorite team, or football and fantasy experience.
When you play, we store the information needed to run your leagues: team names, league membership, draft picks, futures positions, weekly sheet selections, standings, game results, messages, and activity receipts.
How we use it
- Create and secure your account, confirm your email, and help you recover access.
- Operate leagues, drafts, tables, standings, trades, weekly sheets, and tutorial progress.
- Show the relevant league what happened: team names, picks, results, standings, and activity are part of the game.
- Protect the service, investigate abuse, prevent duplicate or unauthorized actions, and improve reliability.
- Send essential account and game communications, such as confirmation, password recovery, invites, draft reminders, and results notices.
Who can see game information
Other members of your league can see the information that makes the game work, including your team name, player name where shown on the roster, standings, completed picks, positions, and league activity. Public tables may display their league and team information to signed-in Sharp Sheet players. Private league information is intended for that league's members and authorized service providers.
Do not put sensitive personal information in a team name, room message, or any other game content. Those areas are designed for league conversation, not private notes.
Service providers and data sources
We use service providers to host the application, authenticate accounts, store game data, deliver email, and provide football schedule and market data. They may process information only as needed to provide those services to Sharp Sheet.
We do not sell or rent your personal information for money. We do not send your account details to football odds or schedule providers to retrieve market data.
Cookies, logs, and security
Sharp Sheet uses essential authentication cookies to keep you signed in. Our hosting and security systems may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request logs, and error reports to operate and protect the service.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet service can promise absolute security, so please use a unique password and protect access to your device.
Retention and your choices
We retain account and game information for as long as it is needed to operate your leagues, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain reliable records. You can update profile details in your account. To request account deletion or ask a privacy question, contact support@sharpsheet.app.
Sharp Sheet is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can address it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product changes. If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will update the date above and provide additional notice where appropriate.
